Art at Verra

In partnership with Artists for Humanity (“AFH”), Tishman Speyer proudly showcases artwork curated from talented teen artists within our amenity spaces at Verra.

A Statement from Artists for Humanity

At Artists For Humanity (AFH), we believe in the power of young creatives to shape and energize the spaces we inhabit. In collaboration with Tishman Speyer, we’ve curated a collection of over 25 original works by teen artists, transforming the ground-floor amenities at Verra into a dynamic celebration of artistic expression, culture, and community.

From a bold, salon-style arrangement of portraits and abstract paintings in the elevator lobby to framed nature-inspired photography in the mailrooms, this collection reflects the diverse perspectives and creative energy of the young artists. The portraits capture the spirit of community, celebrating individuality while uniting through a shared energy that mirrors the vibrant pulse of the ERC. These works evoke a dynamic sense of connection, underscoring the collective vitality of the space and its residents. Vivid cityscapes, like a striking lamp post set against a deep pink backdrop, are paired with moody, rendered photographs of lily pads, while soft-hued, retro-graphic abstractions channel movement and vibrancy, echoing the rhythm of life at Verra. Each piece was selected to foster connection, spark conversation, and complement Verra’s vision of an inclusive, inspiring home for Boston residents of all backgrounds.

At AFH, we create opportunities for young artists to be seen, heard, and valued. This partnership brings their work into a space designed for people to flourish, ensuring that the next generation of creatives plays an active role in the dialogue where art and urban living intersect in meaningful ways.
